Well its not looking good for Hawk Heaven! They tore down the building that was on the east side of Hawk Heaven. I talked to diamond and they said that there might be around 30 spaces,but No tailgating! I will be looking for alternative spots near the stadium to tailgate, I know that large lots are in high demand! but as you know tailgating is what adds to the experience! So I'll keep you informed! and you know I got 2 words for ya-----GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!!!!!!

Boy it was a great event at the Highline Relay for Life in Burien, Well our Seahawkers South raised over 4,600 dollars for the American Cancer Society! We all did our fair share of walking around the track, my daughter did 7 miles-5 that were non stop! I did 15 and boy did I feel it the next day lol. There were 29 teams and 327 people! There is a photo video on spirit of 12 if you'ld like to see some of what was going on.

The tournament will be held at ACME Bowl in Tukwila, WA. The Classic is one of the longest running Seahawk player charity events that started with former Seattle Seahawks players Jon Kitna and Shawn Springs. Shawn transferred the classic over to the Seahawks star starting cornerback, Marcus Trufant in 2004. Players look forward to this event each year and enjoy the opportunity to mingle with and compete alongside fans. The positive buzz surrounding the event is the consistent involvement and participation from the Seahawk players and the community each year. Last year, with the help of more than thirty Seattle Seahawk players, four Sea Gals, and hundreds of volunteers and participants, the foundation raised just over $60,000. This year, we are challenging the community to help us double last year’s proceeds. Tailgating for our group is as you see under the viaduct at Tailgaters Heaven, one block north of Royal Brougham and First ave. Look for the Go Seahawks 12th man super fans banner thats either on a blue pop up or on the front of a mobile home! And also a flag pole with a superbowl 40 as the top flag with three other flags a NFC Championship flag a Seahawks 12th man flag and another hawk flag, and on the very top a blinking red beaken that is easily seen when its a cloudy day or at night! Thats where we'll be! Come one come all, you never know who will stop by our tailgate area! We also welcome other fans of the game too! So don't be shy stop by and say Hi!
